SHOP REPAIRS
Extruder Line are experts at reviving your extruders and turning them into modern, updated machines that add to your profit margin. After we completely disassemble the extruder, we will rebuild the gear box, and repair other equipment such as the pelletizer, melt pump, and screen changer. Once it leaves our shop, all clearances will be set, equipment cleaned, new repair parts replaced and ready to be install in the field so that it can start making money for you again. Most rebuilds are performed for a fraction of the cost of new, leaving thousands of dollars working for your company.
